The Stroke Winter School is an international group and a leader in providing professional courses for stroke physicians and neuroradiologists. They hold yearly symposiums and face challenges with ensuring that their international target audience has access to all relevant information in an effective and secure manner.

This year they chose our platform to hold their (first ever) virtual event. Our joint planning accounted for their very specific challenges to ensure that their specific medical expertise translates into an exceptional event experience for their professional attendees.

Taking into account the specific challenges that the Stroke Winter School faces, expertshare developed the perfect event solution to get their events and workshops to take off. In conjunction with their project responsibles our experts made sure to take care of all features that were irreplaceable for the success of the event.

In their case we customized and white labelled the platform design and implemented an immersive 3D event experience. We made sure to have everything ready within a month.

To warrant that everything would run smoothly, we successfully tested the platform and supported the Stroke Winter School team technically onsite. Participants from the US, India, Switzerland, Germany and Hungary attended the three-day event and surely contributed to its amazing atmosphere. Thanks to our inhouse production and pre-recording, attendees were able to watch the content on Vimeo and make sure that they were up to date with the latest information in their medical niche.
