Our customer University of Berne decided to host a virtual event dedicated to implant therapy. Our job was to create an easy-to-use virtual environment so that the professional attendees could make the most of their time. The event was targeted towards professionals in the dentistry industry.

To ensure the success of the University of Berne’s congress, we jointly decided to customise our platform to suit our clients as well as their guests needs.

That obviously includes adapting the layout in a way that matches the university’s CI and making sure that all features needed for transmitting the content were set up.
As this was a fully virtual event, we tested and troubleshooted the platform well in advance to warrant a smooth run of the event. Our team was there to help our client with any questions they might had and made sure that the event was set up for success.

The event ran smoothly with around 50 attendees attending virtually. In total, it lasted for approximately 25 hours. Thanks to our platform and its customized tailoring, we were able to provide the attendees with a memorable experience that helped them get up to speed with the newest changes in their industry. On top of that, we were happy to have supported our client’ event team in organizing a first-of-its-kind congress!
